Schultuete

Die Ferien sind zu Ende und meine Nichte Hannah wird eingeschult. Weil sie sicherlich mit Geschenken überhäuft wird, wie das heute so üblich ist, habe ich ihr etwas für die Wand gemacht, eine Roombox mit einer Einschulungs-Szene - natürlich mit Schultüte. Ich hoffe, es wird ihr gefallen.

Endlich Wochenende! - finally weekend

Vermischtes: In dieser Woche habe ich vieles angefangen und nichts richtig fertig gemacht. Mal nur ein Foto geschossen, eine Reclamiere versucht zu basteln aus dem Stoff, eine lila Blume mitten auf einer Kreuzung gepflückt und ins Puppenhaus gestellt. Und heute endlich ein ganz niedliches Sofa gefunden, das eigentlich dazu dient, Ringe aufzunehmen.

ENG.:
In this week I started a lot of things and ended nothing. Took a picture here, try to make a sofa there, pick some flowers from the street... Today I found this nice sofa, it is normally used for holding rings.

Rote Akzente

Heute suchte ich noch mehr rotes Geschirr für meine Küche, habe aber in der Miniaturen-Abteilung unseres Bastelgeschäfts keins gefunden, also habe ich dieses Werkzeug mitgenommen (auch rot:-). Auf dem Rückweg liegt so ein Billigladen mit Sachen aus China - eigentlich bin ich ja gegen diese Produkte, aber so ein rotes "Dingsda" gibt einfach ein tolle Designerlampe ab - finde ich! Es gab auch noch eckige Boxen mit Zahnstochern, aus den Deckeln konnte ich tolle Regalboxen machen, sie wurden gestrichen und passend dazu wurden auch noch die roten Stühle gestrichen. Ich mag einfach gerne Sachen, die nur ich habe. Damit sieht die Küche etwas jugendlicher aus.

Today I searched more red bowls for my kitchen, but in the miniature shop I only found tools (with a little red;-). On the way back to the office there is a shop with very cheap things from China. I'm actually against these products, but ... such a red "thing" is a wonderful designer-lamp I think. They also had toothpicks in a quarter-box, I took three of them and painted the caps of them light blue, also a red Hennig-chair. So the kitchen looks more youthful.

Pralinés

Heute habe ich endlich mal Pralinen gemacht, das hatte ich schon lange vor, seitdem ich sie in den re-ment-Paketen gesehen habe. Doch die Re-ment-Pralinen sind 1:6, leider.
Diese sind zwar auch etwas groß, aber kleiner konnte ich nicht...

Klar und ruhig - clear and calm

Sontag morgen - sunday morning

Als ich heute morgen in mein Haus schaute, machte mich dieser dunkelgrüne Bezugsstoff depressiv und ich nahm ihn kurzerhand ab. Nun werde ich die Sitzgruppe wohl lasieren und lose Kissen auflegen, die ich dann wechseln kann.

ENG.: When I looked in my dollshouse this morning I found this cloth making me kind of depressive and removed it. Now I will put cushions on it, that can change in colours and style.

Und so sieht es schon am nachmittag aus: Ist doch viel mehr mein Stil!

In Erwartung der neuen Küche - in anticipation of my new kitchen

Hier sind meine gesammelten Küchensachen, manche davon noch nie hier gezeigt, auch wenn ich sie liebe, z. B. Schaumlöffel und Pfannenwender usw. Ich habe bisher nicht so gerne Küchenszenen gemacht, einfach weil ich keine Spüle hatte. Aber das wird sich ändern, ich habe eine weiße Hochglanzküche bestellt, um die Szene zu bauen mit dem blauen Folkloreschrank aus "Schöner wohnen".

ENG.: Here you can see nearly all of my kitchen appliances. Some of them I've never showed, but I like a lot, for example skimmer, spatula etc. I do not like to make kitchen scenes so much yet, because I have no sink, but that will change in the next days. I ordered a white high glow kitchen for making my scene with the country-style cabinet I have seen in a magazine.


Callsmall, das Mädchen ist sehr ungezoen, sie tobt nur herum und bringt alles durcheinander, hier hat sie die Kiste mit dem Geschirr hingeworfen!

ENG.: Callsmall, the little girl is very naughty, she allways only wanted to bluster and dropped all the flatware on the floor!

The corner-seat is in its original style and I think it's stylish for collectors -but I would like to make a new cover with another cloth. Perhaps it will be a cover that is exchangeable - I will try.

Gute Vorsätze - resolution

Ich habe ganz preiswerten Stoff bekommen und möchte in diesen Farben noch Streichholzschachteln beziehen für mehr Polstermöbel.
Und ich möchte endlich mal deutsche Produktschachteln haben und muss sie wohl vollständig selbst machen, da die printies im Netz fast alle englisch sind.
Wer dekorative Schachteln (deutsch) von Parfüm ( französisch/ international) oder Pralinen oder anderen schönen Dingen hat und sie mir einscannen oder fotografieren kann, würde mir einen großen Gefallen tun. Die meisten Dinge, von denen ich die Schachteln schön finde, kaufe ich nämlich nicht.
Aktualisierung:

Wie man sieht, sind Cremeschachteln jedoch ziemlich klein in 1:12! Größere wären besser ;-)

Hello Sylvia, I'm glad to have a Dutch follower! My grandmother was from Dutch, Hoesbroek and I was a few times there with my cousins, when I was a child. I love the mentality and I am proud to be 1/4 Dutch!

Swap with Callsmall

Heute habe ich ein paar tolle Sachen bekommen, schaut mal:

Im Tausch gegen die Bodo-Hennig-Küche hat mir Callsmall dies hier geschickt: Ein UO unidentifiziertes Objekt (fliegt aber nicht), welches hier den Raumteiler macht, zwei Bozart Puppen mit Schuhen und Stiefeln einen Schminktisch mit Hocker und ein Telefon.

ENG.: Callsmall sent me (swap with the Bodo-Hennig kitchen) this UO - unidentified object (but not flying), it makes a room divider with integrated wardrobe, two bozart dolls with shoes and boots, a make-up table with according puffy and a telefon.

Das Mädchen soll seine Schuhe aufräumen, aber es tobt lieber.

ENG.: The girl should make up her shoes, but...


Es war schon eine Herausforderung, alle Teile in dieser Szene unterzubringen. Zuerst dachte ich, dass die blauen Kissen gut zu dem Raumteiler in blau passen, aber der Schminktisch ist lila und orange, also habe ich noch die lila Lampe und die Kissen in orange geholt, dann noch die blaue Schachtel mit meiner neuen hello kitty (süß, nicht?) und eine Apfelsine. So passen die Farben zusammen, das liebe ich.
Die Schuhe liegen mitten im Zimmer, weil da eine Schadstelle im Boden ist, so entwickelt sich eine Geschichte aus den Gegebenheiten.
Vielen, vielen Dank an Callsmall, die dies möglich machte!!!

It was a great challenge to make a scene with all these things together: I first thought that the blue pillows fits with the "room-divider", but the vanity is purple and orange, so I put the lila lamp and some orange pillows into the scene and the blue box with my new hello kitty (isn't it cute?) and an orange. I love according colours.
The shoes are in the middle of the room, because there is a blemish in the floor, and so the "story" evolves from these simple facts.....

Give away or keep?

I am a little bit ill today, cannot move my head on my neck, I have allways to look in one direction ;-). For my usual household-work it is not good, but to put some furniture in my dollhouse is possible and so I decided to make pics of all my items I purchased in the big "Konvolut" on ebay.
There are a few pieces I want to sell on ebay again, because they don't fit or because I don't like the fabric, for example the bunk bed for children.
