It is not my desire to have a bedroom with pink hearts on the wallpaper - but I have no idea how to change the walls. and perhaps I need a childrens room one day, who knows. So I tried to make a bedroom with pink hearts:
and this is the whole house I would like to live in, but I need a stair and hope to get some lego-bricks soon to make it.
I LOVE the "Love" letters. Growing up, I had the same letters that spelled my name. In fact, this whole room reminds me of my childhood room!
AntwortenLöschenThe house looks lovely, congratulations with the new floor! I love the grey colour you have given the living room, since I'm in a grey period myself. Almost every wall I have painted the last year has become grey. (At least in my lifesize house) Polly Line would also love to have a doll's house room for her mini doll's houses, so I maybe steal that idea from you later on :-)
AntwortenLöschenThe other rooms are also very nicely decorated, so fabulous to have such a nice, great space for meditation!
Greetings! I think the heart wallpaper is happy, but sometimes when I want to change the wallpaper without ruining the wall I put heavy art paper or stiff letter paper that is cut a touch too big and snugly fits in the wallspace against the wall for a temporary look. It doesn't hurt to prop it up with furniture either! Can't wait to see your "spa"room, CM
AntwortenLöschenHi C., I did this before, but I was to lazy to cut out the paper. There are so many things undone in my boxes for craftwork.
AntwortenLöschenYes, I can't wait to see the massage-bench too and what idea will come up for a spa.
Hi Pubdoll - please steel whatever you want, it's a pleasure to me! And it's good no know that you love grey too.
AntwortenLöschenCallsmall, thank you very much. Meanwhile I think, it is really a girls-room and not one that matches to a house with the name "my dream" - I will change the room soon - or it becomes a guestroom for my niece or other childs.
Oh Oese, I am lazy. I just cut one long strip and fold in twice for the corners and I just push the whole thing in. Hence the need to place furniture up against the wall to hold it! Sometimes windows even disappear! xoxo C
AntwortenLöschenI have been behind in visiting but am catching up now. I love your girls room. I know it may not be as modern as you like but it is my type of room. I love the way you put things together. If you don't like the wallpaper, you could cover it with scrapbook paper. It is just like wallpaper and you can get some great patterns.
