Fleamarket

 This is what I found on the fleamarket today: Some glasses, because I broke some of my wine-glasses, a lamp for the alpine hut, a kanu-boat and a balance tower - you all know that I can use the wooden bricks in many ways - don't know the name of that doll that is more agile than Fran and a polly-pocket set. This earrings seems very nice to me.

Outdoor

Yesterday was such a beautiful weather and I took my shoerack-house to the park. I readbefore that there was a beach newborn behind a restaurant and I wanted to make fotos to let it look like a beachhouse. But there was no beach, no sand, only in the playground - and there were so many children. Too many to make fotos.

So I made only this fotos. Hope to find a beach or a lot of sand soon.

Back!

I had a wonderful week with friends in a beautiful valley in the "Pfälzer Wald". I lived in a community there 25 years ago and it was so very nice to see some of the people I lived with once again after this long time. This shot was made at my birthday, I got these purple cup (katimus, don't be envious :-) and some other nice gifts. More fotos to come.
I have to admit that I had Fran with me, but didn't work on a new outfit for her (as I planned) and didn't make any hot fotographs of her. Sorry that I'm not in minis at the moment, I kind of daydreamed the whole day ...

 The house we lived in 1986 is called "Das blaue Haus" means "the blue house". I promised my children (born 81 and 83) to make a lot of photos to find out, wether they got memories of it or not. Nearly nothing has changed. Unbelievable for me, who moved about 20 times in this years, that there is a place like in the 80s!

For those of you who miss me

I heard some voices that I should be more online in this days - thanks guys - it's so sweet to be missed. But infact I'm busy with my life and really enjoy it at the moment. This weekend I'm in a workshop

Ein paar Studien - some studies

Habe einfach mal ein paar Fotos in dem bisher nur zusammengesteckten Haus gemacht, um zu sehen, ob ich Lust hätte, es richtig auszubauen. Ich glaube, es könnte was gehen, was meint ihr?

Neues Haus

21 Jahre lang lag diese Packung für ein zusammensteckbares Puppenhaus bei meiner neuen Bekannten T. in der Ecke, seit sie mit ihrem nunmehr erwachsenen Sohn schwanger war. Jetzt hat sie mich kennengelernt ...:-)
Und ich habe eine Herausforderung, aus diesem Haus etwas Modernes, Cooles, Einzigartiges zu machen. Bin gespannt!

Besucher - visitors

 Gestern wurden meine Puppenhäuser gestürmt! Einige Einhörner und Pferde mit Flügeln haben den Weg zu mir gefunden, es war richtig turbulent: Stühle wurden zusammengerückt, Essen auf den Tisch gestellt und die reizende Dame links hat leider einen ihrer schweren Füße eingebüßt. Aber es war ein sehr netter Nachmittag.
Wird wohl wiederholt werden!

Ich hatte eine sehr, sehr, sehr bewegende Woche. Hatte ein nettes Date, habe alte Freunde wiedergetroffen, die Diagnose Boreliose im Frühstadium bekommen, eine Familie begleitet, in der die Frau und Mutter und Tochter gestorben ist, zwei Wunsch-Enkel aus einem Wunsch-Großeltern-Projekt kennengelernt und eine wundervolle Zeit im Büro gehabt, weil wir alle ein tolles Team sind und gut zusammenarbeit, so wie es Spaß macht und sein sollte!
Ich habe viel geweint und viel gelacht, war wie gesagt bewegt und obwohl ich sehr glücklich bin, auch manchmal traurig, weil ich schlussendlich am Abend dann doch allein bin.
Fürs Puppenhaushobby jedenfalls bleibt grad sehr wenig Zeit, das ändert sich ja manchmal schnell. Bis demnächst also liebe Grüße an alle!

Another soapstone-sculpture

This is the link to the website of an artist (Alexander Heil) who made a sculpture with the name grenzenlos, that inspires me to make a copy. At last I was to lazy to sand so much and afrait I could break it, when it turns out so slim. So I made my version with a more female figure. I'll try the slim version with wire and papermache perhaps.

Finally screwed together

 Yesterday I finally screwed together my Gotland-Dollhouse. It was not so easy, but now everything is fixed and I gave the room some new wallpapers in blue and put all the lamps in I have in stock. I especially love the orange-kitchen lamp.

bad news and good news

I was very sad today, 'cause someone hurt me. That's the bad news.

Good news are, that I am very creative in this mood and made a shelve I once saw in MC's blog and a soapstone-artwork.

 

 In addition I cutted the legs of this table and I think he looks much better now.

... alle, die es interessiert: Heute habe ich an meinem Pappmachehaus weitergearbeitet, nachdem ich mir morgens noch gute Tipps bei der Pappmacheekönigin aus Israel geholt habe. (Neomi, es ist wahr, wenn es nochmal feucht gemacht wird, kann man es gerade ziehen, es ist jetzt nicht mehr so krumm wie vorher)
